We happily accept exchanges for items you receive in a different size or color within the 30-day window, as mentioned earlier. If you want to exchange the wrong item you received, please get in touch with us for the exchange before shipping it back.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipment is solely borne by the customers. Also, we recommend using a trackable service for it, because we cannot guarantee you the receipt of returned items if we do not have proof of delivery.
Refunds
As soon as we receive the returned item and find your claim is valid with inspection, we will refund you the money you paid within 2 days of your original payment method. However, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
