If you want to exchange the wrong item you received, please get in touch with us for the exchange before shipping it back.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipment is solely borne by the customers. Also, we recommend using a trackable service for it, because we cannot guarantee you the receipt of returned items if we do not have proof of delivery.
Refunds
