The Royce Jacket is a recreation of the jacket worn by Simon Randall in the video game Cyberpunk 2077. Royce is the leader of the Maelstorm gang in the game. The public perceives him as a psychopath. He robs transportation of technology and then sells it on the streets. Aside from that, Royce is one of those guys you can rely on. He is also unpredictable, as he has the ability to murder anybody. Dexter assigns V to buy a bot from Royce during one of the assignments. During one of the missions, Dexter tasks V to purchase a bot from Royce.
