Our Story
We operated as a brick-and-mortar store first, back in 2016. However, we realized many of our loyal customers were facing difficulties reaching us. Observing their struggle while acknowledging the challenges they were facing, we decided to make a shift to the online world. So, we created this website with the aim of providing our customers with the best possible service.
We were already masters in making jackets, but shifting to the online world let us notice several areas for improvement to provide our customers with an improved service and more than just jackets. While operating offline, our core focus was solely on the quality and design of jackets. But we realized that with our online transition, we have to speed up our production process and improve our customer service.
Our commitment to our customers drove us to make the decision to operate online. We wanted to make sure that our customers receive first-rate service without any geographic constraints. By embracing the digital space, we aimed to provide our customers with a seamless and friendly shopping experience. We wanted to make it easier for our customers to access our range of products and services, irrespective of their location.
