OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Time and Guarantee:
Usually, it takes us 5 to 7 working (business) days to deliver the orders to doorsteps after the date of order confirmation
If our courier is unable to locate your shipment and shares with you an expected date for delivery, our delivery guarantee will come into effect to compensate you for that.
How Shipment Works
- We have employed DHL and FedEx Express Shipments to ship all the orders.
- Our shipping process is entirely traceable, ensuring customers receive their parcels right at their doorsteps without a hassle.
- If you are unavailable to receive your shipment at the address you shared for shipment, you can leave a note on the door to direct the delivery to your neighbor, who can sign the package on your behalf.
- Our express courier will leave a note with the shipment number and a contact number if no one can sign for the delivery package on your behalf.
- We do not deliver orders at the Post Office (P.O.) Box.
Notices You Will Receive
- Once you place the order, you will receive a notice from us acknowledging the receipt of your order. Thereby, we will send you a copy of your detailed invoice.
- If your order is not registered or you do not receive any notice from us, we cannot process and ship it.
When to Expect Delivery?
We will send you an email with the following information after your order confirmation for the order delivery:
- The Tracking Details
- The Date We Shipped Your Order
- Expected Date of Your Order Delivery
Note: Usually, it takes us 5 to 7 working days to deliver the orders to doorsteps.
In Case of Damage/Defect
Please contact us within 3 days of your shipment arrival if you find or notice any damage in the product you ordered.
If the Delivery is Late?
If, for any reason, your order fails to arrive or the courier is unable to locate it, you will get your money back immediately, equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you.
Also, if you inform us via email at sales@oskarjacket.com that delivery is taking longer than the expected period, we will get back to you with the courier’s tracking number for shipment. Also, we will guide you on how to use that number to learn the status of your shipment.
Note: Currently, we are not shipping orders to these countries: Russia, Ukraine, and South Korea.
