To qualify for the returns, your product should be unused, in the condition we delivered it, and must have the original tags and packaging. We happily accept exchanges for items you receive in a different size or color within the 30-day window, as mentioned earlier. If you want to exchange the wrong item you received, please get in touch with us for the exchange before shipping it back.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipment is solely borne by the customers. Also, we recommend using a trackable service for it, because we cannot guarantee you the receipt of returned items if we do not have proof of delivery.

Refunds

Divina is a siren student at Nevermore Academy. She is a part of the Nightshade Society and is friends with the members. She is Bianca Barclay’s clique of friends and interacts with her and Yoko Tanaka throughout the series. Divina and Kent are twins, and both are sirens. Nothing more is known about Divina’s backstory. Yoko and Divina are closely related and part of the Nightshade Society. The Divina Wednesday Jacket is made up of Parachute material, and inside, it has a viscose lining that gives you a sense of comfort and warmth. It has full-length sleeves, and open hem cuffs shield your arms against pollution and UV rays.
