Our Simple Return Policy

At Oskar Jacket, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase here, we have a simple and hassle-free return policy to follow. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on all products within 30 days of the order delivery. To qualify for the returns, your product should be unused, in the condition we delivered it, and must have the original tags and packaging. We happily accept exchanges for items you receive in a different size or color within the 30-day window, as mentioned earlier. If you want to exchange the wrong item you received, please get in touch with us for the exchange before shipping it back.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipment is solely borne by the customers. Also, we recommend using a trackable service for it, because we cannot guarantee you the receipt of returned items if we do not have proof of delivery.  

Refunds

As soon as we receive the returned item and find your claim is valid with inspection, we will refund you the money you paid within 2 days of your original payment method. However, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. 

Conditions for Returns

Two conditions apply for returning the items to us hassle-free, which we have mentioned below:  

• Original Condition: The product must be returned in a pristine condition, unworn, with all the tags attached.  We won’t accept returns for the items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Resale-Ready: The item you return should be in the perfect condition for resale, free of any marks or odors. Otherwise, we won’t accept your return claim.
